They advertise it as a 4-star "luxury sea view" suite, but the only thing that's luxurious about it is the price. A one-night stay in a basement apartment with a pool cost a whopping €300. The place was dirty, humid, and noisy. The real disappointment was finding three cockroaches near the pool, and one on the bedsheet. But all of this wasn't a problem for the owner, who arrogantly declared that it wasn't his problem, but that squashing them was enough to have a peaceful night's sleep. That same evening, the hot water in the shower went out, and after informing us they'd report the problem to a technician, they stopped responding to messages and calls. The owner also justified this issue by saying that he and his staff aren't supposed to always respond to guests. In the morning, to check out, we decided to speak directly with the owner. It was an embarrassing sight. Rudeness personified, he insisted he was exempt from any responsibility for the terrible stay and that the price paid was very low for what we were offered. Person incapable of apologizing to guests, place to avoid absolutely.

Everything seemed perfect but instead..... Excellent location but for everything else look elsewhere because in this structure they are not able to carry out their job in hospitality. We stayed in this facility for one night, I note on December 31st the malfunction of the heating and after 2 hours of calls, useless as on the other side they are only capable of writing messages with promises of intervention that never happened. If not in the evening a technician who the only thing capable of saying was "I don't know what it is, I'm sorry" from then on the total indifference, we stayed one night on the ground in the cold of a room paid a lot of money because they call themselves "luxury guest house". Hospitality for us is something else entirely, hospitality is management of the most difficult situations, the beauty of a room or a beautiful view makes all places beautiful but it is in unexpected situations that we grasp the soul and professionalism of those who manage an accommodation facility and which should leave a special mark that makes you come back..... I LOUDLY NOT RECOMMEND
