Miramare the Palace Hotel

It is the second time we‘ve been there. The service was perfect! Big thanks to concierge Alex Perri for the organisation of the proposal to my girlfriend…! It was better than i could imagine. Also Lorenzo is a very kind guy.. he knows how to treat the guests. Hope to come back next year. - Dario

This is One of the best hotel, great hospitality, great service, outstanding breakfast and environment. Very clean! Would definitely recommend!

We were left completely disappointed. Only the breakfast is great. It's not even worth half the price for a bed. We paid 700 euros for 1 night. The price I would pay for this type of room is about 200 euros. When we checked in, our room was ready after 3pm. at noon. I haven't seen anything like that anywhere. But otherwise you should have checked out by 11am. My child and I ordered 3 things, 2 of which the waitress forgot. She made us sign the same bill twice.... on top of that, she didn't speak English... for such a big hotel, this is unacceptable. When we checked in, when we had to wait almost 2 hours, there was a wedding, because of which we were unable to have lunch in peace and quiet, and after we moved into the room and decided to relax by the pool, the wedding was still going on and it was noisy. They did not make any courtesy to the hotel guests who are not participating in this wedding... for example, a simple treat of a cocktail or ice cream, for example, to apologize... Because there were three of us in a room (me, my husbandand our daughter), I slept on the bed prepared for the child. This bed was just a sofa with a sheet, very hard, it's not a bed for sure, but the biggest problem was that it was positioned next to the door. All night long there was an annoying sound, somewhere through the room, I couldn't sleep at all. SOOOOOO.... I couldn't rest, I stayed hungry, I didn't sleep at night....But for 700 euros, that's it. NEVER AGAIN!! 😡😡🤬
