I chose this hotel based on a video on YouTube from "Greece Explained" and the hotel was an absolute joy to stay at. The location in in the heart of everything. The room had a view of the Acropolis. And lastly, the staff were absolutely amazing. Would recommend to anyone coming to Greece.
Love boutique hotels! Rooftop bar was not open in evenings but had delicious breakfast there each morning. Classy!! Terrific location! Walked everywhere. Could see Acropolis from our balcony! Staff was terrific. Room was comfortable! Will go back if we ever return!!
First time staying in a boutique hotel, and I’m forever a fan now. The place has high security, and lovely service with only 7 rooms in the hotel, meaning that the team at Mira Me go above and beyond. When you email them, they respond right away, they sorted out a car service to the airport, with such a nice man bringing us to the hotel and giving us a short guide to Athens. When you check in, they give you some juice and ginger ale and tell you all about what you need to know about the hotel. They even store the stroller for you, so it doesn’t take space in the room. There is an elevator to take you to the room, and they help with all the luggage. I booked the 1 bedroom room, with a sofa bed, and the room was very spacious, it has Molton Brown amenities in the bathroom, a coffee maker with capsules, a fridge and a small balcony. There is a bit of wear in the walls and a bit of a smell, but other than that it’s perfect. The view from the 3rd floor (closed rooftop) is incredible, and imagine having that view with breakfast! The breakfast so far has been great, huge portions so will definetly lower the portion next. They even allow for boxed breakfast if people are leaving earlier than breakfast start. Location is the KEY to this place, literally a 3 minute walk to ancient agora, few minutes walk to shopping street, Plaka and more! So many nice cafes and restaurants around. I think given the level of service compared the price of the room, location and comfort, definitely book here.
