Weird service. No hot water, was waiting for a while in a shower, called to the reception-oh, we will check it and call you back right now! Was waiting nude for that right now for 15 minutes, than visited Reception myself, but already dressed. No responsibility. Rooms are good, but with old furnishing, with a lot of scratches. Overall quite an old and overpriced hotel. At the breakfast asked TWO times to make an omlett WITHOUT cheese, they make it with... Have a good view to a park. Not recommended.
Review Title: Extremely Unprofessional Front Desk – Avoid This Hotel I stayed at International Hotel Tashkent from March 21–24 and had an awful experience from the moment I arrived. After a sleepless overnight flight, I arrived at 8:00 AM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The reception staff said the room was available—but only if I paid $80 to check in a couple of hours early. Completely unreasonable, especially since the room was already booked under my name and clearly wasn’t going to be sold to anyone else that morning. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was referred to the Guest Relations Manager Zarina—and frankly, she was the worst part of the entire experience. Rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unfit for her role. She made up nonsense about needing “extra staff” to justify the early check-in charge, and contradicted her own colleagues. Absolutely zero customer service skills. But what happened next was even worse. After they finally let me check in at 11:00 AM, I went to bed exhausted. Not long after, I was woken up by another guest knocking on my door—because reception gave him a key to my room (Room 710). A total breach of privacy and security. This hotel’s front desk team, and especially Zarina, are careless and unprofessional. For a place that claims to be a 5-star property, their service is a disgrace. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until serious changes are made.
Frond desk is very unprofessional and not kind. No service mindset
