Mira's PMC Lakeshore Resort

I recently stayed in the two bedroom houseboat of Lakeshore resorts and Houseboats. My overall experience was amazing. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and were always willing to help making our stay really comfortable. Though we had difficulty in communicating due to language differences the staff were trying their best to understand us and help us accordingingly. The beautiful location, mesmerizing view along with the friendly staff made our stay in the houseboat memorable.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. David, the main host of Incharge, for his unwavering support, exceptional coordination, and dedication in ensuring our journey was smooth, safe, and comfortable. His efforts truly made a difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience. A special thanks to Wilson for being an incredible help throughout our stay, as well as for preparing and serving the food that added to our enjoyment. I also want to acknowledge and appreciate everyone who was constantly available to deliver food via boat and for their readiness to assist us at every step, demonstrating their commitment to excellent service. Our stay at Lakeshore Resort was nothing short of amazing—beautiful surroundings, warm hospitality, and seamless services made it a truly memorable experience. The tranquility of the lakeside setting combined with the attentive care we received made our visit exceptionally special. We wholeheartedly recommend Lakeshore Resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Whether you're looking for adventure or simply a peaceful retreat, this place is definitely worth experiencing at least once. Seeing the photos we had so much expectations, but was a little disappointed upon reaching. The road to the resort had been partially flooded because of the rain so they took us via a boat which was okay, but the boat had no shade and it was drizzling then so our luggage became wet. So the first impression was not good honestly. The best thing about the resort is it's view. Booked it for it's stunning view and it didn't disappoint us. But the food options were very much limited. And the breakfast which is included in the booking was not good at all. There's not really any option. So they should improve these things. Also the pool was not clean due to rain probably, so that can be excused. Apart from the amazing view, one thing that was great was the staff behaviour. They were very helpful. Was about to give 3 stars but for staff adding 1 more.
