We only went to enjoy the spa and restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was small, cozy, modern, and very clean. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Massages were great, next time I will definitely book for longer than 50 minutes. The other amenities at the spa were exactly what one needs for a day of relaxation. The food at the restaurant was a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for, excellent quality! We will be returning here!

I recently went to Mirbeau for a quick getaway. All of the staff in the restaurant and spa were wonderful. In fact all of the staff were welcoming from check in to check out. Jesse tended bar with humor, professionalism, and personality. I was also impressed with how helpful and accommodating Tyler at the front desk was to me. I look forward to returning soon.

I went to Mirabeau for a 35th anniversary getaway. Overall I was underwhelmed by the experience. On the positive side, the spa services we received were great and our therapists Tricia and Olivia gave us one of the best massages we have ever experienced. However, the service was not what we would expect at a quality spa hotel. No one was available to greet us as we arrived at the hotel and assist with luggage. Additionally, the spa facility itself is bizarre. There is a nice quiet room with plenty of lounge chairs that is dimly lit. However, it is the busy thoroughfare to get from the locker rooms to the outside hot tub and relaxation area. Additionally, you need to walk through the quiet room to get to the treatment rooms. Thus, the quiet room is inappropriately named as it is anything but quiet. Finally, the outdoor hot tub area is extremely small relative to the numbers of guests that the spa can handle in both hotel guests and day guests. There is not nearly enough furniture and the space is relatively small. It was full both times we tried to sit outside and the only place they could offer us to sit was the entrance to the hotel where there are two umbrella tables like those used in many backyards. You can only imagine how relaxing it would be to sit at the entrance to the hotel in a robe and slippers. Finally, when I was asked about my stay as we checked out from the hotel, I honestly replied that the stay was very underwhelming. The individual at the front desk, while very polite, was completely disinterested in seeing what went wrong and how things could be made better in the future. Clearly she was not interested in the real answer to her question. I would not recommend this spa hotel for a weekend. I would only go for the spa services and leave.
