We stay for a night during Hari Raya because the price quite reasonable for the 5 star hotel. The environment are lovely and vibe. The kids really love the pool. Got silde for kids, wadding pool and big adult swimming pool. We didn't manage to go to the kids play area. We ordered room service for dinner. We ordered kids meal spaghetti bolognise and egg sandwich. Unfortunately the spaghetti was the worst food I've ever taste 😖. It's like they forgot to add the red tomato sauce on it. Before check out, we had a breakfast. The foods are average. Got local Malaysian meal, English breakfast and fruits. The laksa Sarawak is not perfect without prawn in it. Overall, the stay is quite wonderful. Really recommended. We will come again for sure in next time.

Extremely large resort with sprawling green areas. The front desk staff was highly efficient and professional. The buffet breakfast was a huge spread of delicious food that I could not possibly sample all(seriously). Hope to come back to the peace and tranquility of this resort again.

Upon arriving here. It reminded my old memories that was a decade ago. Were my family always bring us to stay at this world most beautiful resort hotel. the scenery, and view of nature make this hotel world class beating other hotel in Malaysia including in west Malaysia. The sound of nature like bird, sea breeze and cricket felt how relaxing I'm went I'm staying here. I know as a guest in this hotel consider vip since this hotel is not cheaper. We are may not require's to compliance all the company policy. One thing we demand from this hotel to improved is, since we are regular patron. Sometime give as right to negotiate the hotel price. Instead of what is dedicated in the website.
