Miridiya Lake Resort

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miridiya Lake Resort Hotel. The property is beautifully located by the lake, offering peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the dining area overlooking the lake made every meal special. The pool and outdoor areas were well-kept, perfect for unwinding. I especially appreciated the serene environment which made the stay both relaxing and refreshing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way – from hospitality to comfort and location. I would highly recommend Miridiya Lake Resort Hotel to anyone visiting the area. We had a wonderful stay at Miridiya Lake Resort Hotel, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding support and care from Mr. Udara. I had couple of Zoom meetings with Mr Udara to discuss everything about our pilgrimage beforehand and From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His professionalism, warm attitude, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you, Mr. Udara, for making our stay so memorable — you are a true asset to the hotel!

I stayed at Miridiya Hotel and I believe this place has good potential, but there are a few areas that really need improvement. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, and I even noticed a mouse in the room, which was uncomfortable. Also, I saw the manager scolding the staff very loudly, , it didn’t feel nice. I think the staff could do much better with a little encouragement and teamwork. I truly hope the management can focus on improving cleanliness and creating a more positive environment for the staff, because with some changes, this hotel can become a much better experience for guests. I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The food variety was terrible, and during the morning buffet there was not even sugar or cups Or sugar available.a oerson came with a sugar bottle a d so The staff seemed poorly trained and unprepared to handle guests’ needs. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and if you value your stay and want good food and service, I strongly suggest thinking twice before booking here.
