We enjoyed our stay so much in Misa Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room at the top has an amazing view with a nice selection of fresh food. The location of the hotel is perfect. We were able to visit Istanbul easily via uber or the tram and even by walk. So many shops and restaurants all around. The rooms are kind of small but we took two connecting rooms so it was ok. The showers were great and the beds are very comfortable. The AC was super good because it was so hot. Maybe it is a small detail but the kids really appreciated the welcoming cookies when we arrived after a long travel. The staff took good care of my little baby while we were there. And also, there is a park with swings just next to it just few minutes walk. That was a big plus for us! We will surly be back if we come back to Istanbul.

Exceptional hospitality and caring staff. Hotel, room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. Perfect location near tram and easy and quick access to all landmarks. Can’t wait to be back.

The location of Misa Hotel Istanbul is quite convenient, but that’s unfortunately where the positives end. The staff was unhelpful when it came to parking – we had to figure it out on our own with zero guidance. There are no proper signs for the hotel on the road, making it difficult to locate, especially at night. To make matters worse, the main door of the hotel was closed when we arrived late at night. Surprisingly, it was a neighboring hotel owner who helped us by calling the hotel. When we finally reached the staff, the response was shockingly rude — he said he was alone and having dinner, with no intention of assisting us. The room was extremely small and poorly insulated from outside noise, making it hard to rest. The only decent part of our stay was the breakfast, which was actually quite good. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not worth the hassle.
