The rooms are a little old fashioned, I was expecting them to be a little more modern. The service was ok, receptionists were both rude, it looks like they hate their job, but the Lourdes, the lady who cleaned my room was super nice and sweet. The location is great, no complaints. Zacatecas tends to have very cold weather during fall and winter, my room did not have a heater, which I thought was ridiculous knowing Zacatecas' weather. It was a "good" stay but I will not be reserving here again.
The location is fantastic, the room was fantastic, the underground parking (located behind the hotel) was fantastic and the staff was fantastic. But, reserve your room online and you will save about 50% off of what they will try to charge you at the front desk, which makes no sense! We paid 910 pesos a night by reserving online.
There is NO parking here. I reserved a room here with parking. Also, the street was closed and I couldn’t have loaded in if I wanted to. They told me to call Expedia to cancel. Expedia told me to call the hotel. I’m done with both of them.
