Great location. Beautiful hotel. In my room the toilet was failing but what made to me a bad impression was the breakfast. I gave a deep review in that concept. Receptionist in my case specially at morning was no competent. Small details change perception. I won't stay here the next time I visit Guadalajara. Apart of the receptionist, all other people were very nice and polite.
Only thing good about this hotel is the breakfast. That was 5 stars. And it was super cheap
Great placement if you're going to Diana theater. However, the hotel is as old as time and hasn't had intentions of renovating, maintenance is done by DIY experts, room's ligh switches are at the end of the room, but the absolute worst were the bathrooms.... dreadful things such as the pictures show.
