A Hidden Gem of Peace and Nourishment The moment you step into Misión Del Sol, the outside noise disappears. You enter a space of calm, beauty, and intention. From the lush gardens and tranquil meditation spaces to the spa and pool, everything invites you to slow down and reconnect. There’s no TV, no air conditioning: and honestly, you won’t miss them! The natural breeze, the sounds of birds and trees, and the overall atmosphere create the perfect setting to unplug and actually rest. The food is a highlight: seasonal, organic, local, and full of soul. Every dish feels like nourishment: both for the body and spirit. The staff: I cannot say enough!! Very attentive. If you’re looking for a place to reset, this is more than a hotel, it’s a sanctuary.

This is a hidden gem! I absolutely loved the place; the rooms are really nice, the staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious. We also had a massage, which was very relaxing and a complete full body treatment for 50 minutes. The free activities are incredible as well; they offer gong sound healing and yoga sessions (holy moly, it was amazing!). I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a space to relax and feel peaceful.

My wife’s colleagues scheduled a work retreat here, and I was able to join the last 3 days. What an oasis! The service was great. The food and drinks were delicious (the tamarind mezcalita became our group’s go-to cocktail…it was perfectly balanced and so so good!). The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable. The environment was peaceful and absolutely beautiful. It was a great base from which to explore Cuernavaca and Tepoztlán. I wish I’d had time to explore the spa offerings! I would recommend this place 1000%.
