From the moment I walked into the room, the cleanliness was shockingly poor. There was an unpleasant, musty smell in the air. The sheets had visible stains and clearly hadn’t been changed. The bathroom was dirty—there were hairs in the sink and shower, and the toilet had marks that suggested it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The floor was dusty, especially in the corners, and I even found trash under the bed, which made me seriously question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. I reported the situation to the front desk, but the response was dismissive. They said someone would come to take care of it, but no one ever showed up. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for a service that fails to meet even the most basic expectations. Cleanliness is not a luxury—it’s a minimum requirement for any place that offers accommodation. Internet not working properly. Almost 10 mbps speed. I have complained it and they have no answare. They are not having clean towels as well as no hand towle in room. Pathetic. Do not book this hotel. I have booked this hotel from make my trip and I did not think that they will refund me if I check out earlier. So I have no choice to stay.

No recommendation. I won't be coming back. The carpet was dirty and hadn't been cleaned for a while. There were hairs all over the bed. The chair was very dirty. And the shower still had foam from the last visitors. Unfortunately, you could also smell the damp in the room. I was only told after checking in that the elevator wasn't working. If I hadn't arrived so late in the evening, I would have looked for another hotel straight away. It's a shame, because the pictures on the website were appealing and good. Unfortunately, I'm totally disappointed and the price is too high for this service.
