Missori Suites

When we arrived at Missori Suites, the entrance was super confusing — no signs, door was locked, and no instructions at all on how to get in or contact anyone. We had to call the hotel just to get the door opened. A lady greeted us but honestly, she wasn’t friendly at all and acted in a rude and frustrating way. Even though the room was ready, she refused to let us in until we paid an extra charge. The room itself was clean and nice, no complaints there. But the next morning, housekeeping gave us only one bottle of water, even though there were two of us. When we asked for an extra bottle, they straight up refused and said "hotel policy" — which is just weird, because every other hotel gives water daily for each guest. The worst part? Reception is barely ever there. No one answers the phone, so if you need anything, good luck. On the bright side, the guy we met at check-out was super nice and respectful — honestly the only good interaction we had with the staff.

The biggest problem of this "hotel" is that it is not a hotel. We arrive late at night due to flight delays and found ourselves with closed doors with no one to speak with. We called and whatsapped the numbers we had with no response. Eventually had to find another hotel without a reservation in the middle of night which cost us 300 euros. What is bothering more is that the owner would not even considered to refund our first night or even expressing any apology fir the situation we had. Very unpleasant situation that kind of put the rest of our time there under a lousy feeling.

We stayed here for 2 nights and for the majority of our stay there was no hot water. We brought it up to management and their only response was “it’s working”. They did nothing to resolve the issue and we went without showering…. Not nice in the heat! The 2 stars is for the great location and otherwise decent room. Based off of their poor communication we would not stay here again
