Mistral Bay

My experience at the Mistral Bay Hotel was a solid 5/5. The staff all speak excellent English and are always willing to help and accommodate any requests. I especially appreciated the service from the receptionist Tanzeel, who always paid attention to the smallest details to make my stay incredible. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a cozy, tasteful interior. I had to work a bit during my stay, and I must say the internet connection was fast and reliable. The food and drinks were truly mouthwatering 😋 One of the biggest highlights, though, is the location. It was my first time visiting Greece, so having the city centre and other facilities like shops and cafés all within walking distance was a lifesaver. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

We’ve had the seaview room, it was a clean and pretty modern room, with great view and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty bad apart from coffee and croissants, the food was almost tasteless. Another downside is that you have to climb the equivalent of about 3 floors of steps with your luggage to get to the reception.

Do not recommend. The rooms and bathroom are very small, the hairdryer did not work, and it took 2 days to fix it. The biggest problem is the food. Very limited choice and not fresh. The meat is always overcooked and touch, the vegetables in the morning ar served from last night. Always the same breakfast choice - eggs (no pancakes). It is hard to believe that it is a 4-star hotel. Feels more like a 2-star.
