Exceptional hospitality beyond expectations! I was stranded in Melaka with nowhere to go in the early hours of the morning, but the incredible staff at this hotel went above and beyond. They welcomed us warmly and even allowed us to rest in the lobby, offering comfort when we needed it most. This level of care and genuine kindness is rare to find—true top-notch service that speaks volumes about their dedication to guests. Highly recommended!
Hotel location is very strategic with the surrounding that a lot of public facilities. I came in with late check-in and of course I've told the hotel about it earlier. I’ve booked 2 rooms and the check-in when smoothly. The rooms interior are good, aircond in good condition. On the next day, we when for the hotel breakfast, well, the varieties of the breakfast are so lovely, from western to local traditional menu. We enjoy the breakfast until we satisfied and full. Insyallah, I will come back in the future run. Not to forget kudos to the hotel staffs that are very friendly and helpful with the elderly.
The staffs are welcoming. The room is a bit old. Worn out toilet. Not that sparkling clean. Breakfast also not that tasty, just okay. Okay to spend one night. Free parking. They didnt provide tea bags in room.
