Mitsis Bali Paradise

The hospitality at Mitsis Bali Paradise impressed me during my vacation at this hotel. The hotel staff greeted us with kindness and provided immediate assistance throughout our entire stay. The welcoming environment created an immediate sense of comfort for us. The hotel stands out because it caters to different guest profiles including families with children and couples and groups of friends. The hotel offers something for every guest which creates a complete vacation experience.

We liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is polite. Upon check-out, wristbands are not removed, so you can still enjoy meals and the bar. There is also a shower and a luggage storage room. The hotel has a small water park for children aged 6 and up (minimum height 120 cm). There were enough sun loungers on the beach. There’s also a kids’ room for younger children — my daughter enjoyed going there to draw. On my birthday, there was no attention at all — no card, no small gift. The birthday package must be ordered in advance online or at the reception, but this was not mentioned at check-in, even though my birth date was clearly visible in the passport. The process of ordering the package felt inconvenient. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a family vacation, but service for special occasions could be improved.

Very loud disco music usually accompanied by a voice screaming something "entertaining" all the time makes it impossible to sleep before 11pm. This is probably the reason why I'll never stay in this hotel again. The food is ok, but not extraordinary. GSM signal is weak in the area and hotel WiFi is slow (15mbit) however stable. The beach 300m down the hill is small. The sunbeds cover every square meter of the beach, so you won't see the sand until you actually stand on it. It is not overcrowded, but it feels like a furniture store. There is 30m strip of the sunbeds owned by the hotel so you don't need to pay 15€ for the sunbed. The hotel has 2 small swimming pools, closing at 6pm. Why? You can play disco until 11pm, but close the swimming pools at 6? The outside tennis court, ping pong and gym area is mostly useless during the summer due to the hot weather. The price-performance ratio could definitely be better. I think we could have chosen a better place to stay for the price.
