A wonderful holiday experience! Just came back from a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The hospitality was exceptional — friendly staff, always ready to help with a smile. The food was definitely a highlight: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety every day. Whether it was breakfast by the sea or dinner under the stars, everything was served with great care and attention to detail. Grateful for the peaceful moments, amazing service, and of course… the amazing food! Already looking forward to the next getaway. Gjikolli Family!

We stayed at Mitsis Galini as a family and overall had a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping that exceeded our expectations. The food at the buffet was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. However, there were a few downsides. During our stay, a large group of teenagers from a summer camp was also present. This caused long queues for popular items like pizza and French fries, which were often gone before we could get any. The staff should have been better prepared for such a crowd. At the outdoor bar, although drinks were included in the all-inclusive package, there were long waits due to limited staff serving many guests. Finally, the beach was a big disappointment—rocky and uncomfortable, definitely not ideal for families with kids. Still, the hotel itself offers comfort and quality service, especially in terms of accommodation and food variety.

Service details missed the 5 star mark. Kids club, key reason for our booking, closed without any prior notice. Pool sunbeds (and seaside) were reserved with towels long before the pool officially opened at 10am. Charging €4.30 for sparkling water for a half board package. We hope management will address these points.
