Mitsis Grand Hotel

We stayed here in May 2024. Should have written a review then, but only thinking to now as I am trying to rebook to stay again this year. We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The value we got for money was unbelievable. The buffet was fair and always found something to eat. The restaurants by the pool that you would sit and order to your table were absolutely fabulous. The a la carte restaurants were also top notch. Had some of the nicest sushi of my life there. The cocktails were really high quality and never too much of a queue. Hotel was dated yes but clean. I think they currently are doing big renovations as I have tried to book for this year and unfortunately can’t. I will definitely be trying to book in when they reopen. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly and nothing was ever too much.

I booked a room for me and my family on July in 2024. The hotel's front office service met us so cheerful. They offered us, could upgrade our room for free. Thanks for that. We admired to our new room's landscape. Foods had good quality. Waiters in main restaurant were interested in the tables. They had good communication to our kids despite of didn't know each other's languages. We liked also alacarte restaurants. We want to stay again in this summer but the hotel is under restoration. We hope we come next year.

The room we stayed in was perfectly clean and plenty big enough, although I think it's fair to say it was in need of a slight revamp. The hotel overall was excellent. The food was very good and the cocktails/beers were of a very good standard. What made it for me though were the hotel staff, they were all unbelievable, so nice. Pools were clean with a life guard and plenty of sun beds. Really enjoyed my stay, thank you.
