It was a lovely stay at Mitsis Laguna! We definitely had a great time there – the atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. It’s also a great place for little children (mine is almost two), and everything was kept very clean. The main buffet could feel a bit repetitive at times, but overall it’s definitely a very good choice!
The service at the Mitsis Hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. Whether it was at the restaurants, the pool, or reception, the level of professionalism and friendliness was exceptional. It made our trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return!
Editing to add that they saw my review and immediately took measures to make it better because we were still here another day. and for that I give an extra star. All inclusive” except room service, certain wines and you must book reservations for each restaurant, which would be fine but you can only make 1 reservation per restaurant during your stay. So you are almost forced to eat sub par buffet food at a “5 star” resort the whole time. When you show up to the empty restaurant at lunch time to try and get a table because you can’t make anymore reservations you’re met with distain because you don’t have one. There’s 4 restaurants that the food is decent but you’re rushed in and out because there’s not much seating at each place for how many families are at the resort. If your room is in the main hotel be ready for no sleep because you can hear every foot step from the rooms next to you. You can’t take any type of food back to your room with you. I gave 3 stars because the staff at the all day bar is amazing and so nice. The coffees are really good too. And most of the staff is super friendly. The ramp down to the pool is insanely slick and very steep. Decent place for families if you enjoy buffet food. The mini market is also very convenient glad they have that for snacks since you can’t have anything to go. The grounds are kept very clean which is nice.
