Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel

We have had a wonderful time staying at the Mitsis Ramira. The location is perfect with a wide selection of pools, bars and restaurants. The staff have been incredibly helpful and everything we have needed they have made sure to accommodate our every need. During meal times the staff are always so kind and engage so well with our family especially our three year old. Anna has been exceptional and always makes a fuss of our little one and comes and puts a smile on his face every meal time. So much so he asks for her every time we have breakfast, lunch or dinner. A place I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely visit again.

The family holiday was perfect. The hotel is spotless. The staff were incredible. Their assistance was always perfect. The beach was great with a cooling breeze. The beach bar serves lovely chicken pitta which kept us going until the evening meals. The a la carte options offer a higher standard of service, although the standard restaurant offered a different selection every day. Despite the volume the quality was always very high

A pleasant and well-managed hotel experience We had an enjoyable stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach. The hotel is well-maintained, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, and housekeeping was consistently great. The staff were courteous and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The pool areas are beautifully designed, and the water slides were a highlight for our children. The food was both varied and of good quality, catering well to different tastes. There is, however, room for improvement in service efficiency. Empty glasses around the chess pool area were not always cleared promptly, and during lunch and dinner, drink refills often involved long waiting times. Introducing self-service stations for soft drinks and water would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, a very positive stay, and we would gladly consider returning.
