Mitsis Royal Mare

We had lunch at the fish restaurant in Mitsis Royal Mare and it was absolutely amazing! The seafood was fresh, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with a beautiful view of the sea – perfect for a peaceful lunch. The staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend the grilled sea bream and the sea bass en papillote – both were outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

An incredible vacation! Mitsis Hotel in Crete impressed us with its clean beach, delicious food, and impeccable service. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Firstly, the staff are so accommodating and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The food in the main restaurant is of a high standard, with constant variation. The salad items are always fresh and crisp. The included wines and beers are palatable and always cold. There are several themed restaurants which are amazing. The bars have some great cocktails and the measures are just right. Obviously, you can ask for stronger drinks if required, but the standard measures are good. The hotel complex is on an incline, but the reception staff are quite keen to send a driver and electric buggy for guests with mobility issues. Overall, a good relaxing holiday. There are obviously things that could be improved upon, but you have to look hard for them. We plan on returning sometime in the future.
