This was one of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was clean, the stuff was very polite. You have literally everything in the room that you could imagine (fridge, freezer, washing maschine) The Restaurant in the top floor was fantastic. The public bath is small but relaxing. And also Tokyo was even better than expected. We will come back for sure!
I stayed in two rooms a week apart during my Japan trip. Property: The location is in a nice area within 10 minute walk of transportation and shopping district. Easy access without too much craziness. Near great food and multiple konbini. Rooms: These are nice but very small. Two people with small carry on luggage is a very tight fit. One side of the bed is all the way up to the window. Small fridge and hot kettle in room. The pillows are not comfortable. Small sitting couch is in the room but has to be used for luggage since there is no space for the second bag. Amenities: Multiple products are available for use as a courtesy including creams, lotions, shaving kits, combs, q tips, etc. Food: My group did the breakfast buffet everyday for a total of 4 days then returned a week later for another 4 days. The food everyday never changed except the meat selection and a pasta rotating every other day. All the food was good (salads, sushi, eggs, pastries, sweets, fruit) but did start to get old without small changes in variety.
I decided on this hotel after researching various options to fully enjoy Ginza after a long time. It had good reviews on many websites, so I chose to stay here. However, my impression was that it was more like a higher-end business hotel. I found out at checkout that I could drink the beverages in the fridge for free, with little explanation from the staff. It was quite disappointing. The bathtub in the bathroom, where you can see Tokyo Tower, was surprisingly small—I've never seen one so tiny. In terms of location, it's perfect for shopping and dining.
