Great Value with a nice & relaxing neighbourhood! In my opinion this hotel has the best price-performance ratio of all Mitsui Garden Hotels. It is not located directly in the center of Tokyo, but with the TSUKUBA EXPRESS (つくばエクスプレス), which is right next to the hotel, you're in Akihabara in about 30 minutes and in Shibuya in less than an hour. The Onsen is absolutely gorgeous, was clean & generally not crowded. They even have a little self bar to choose your own conditioner and shampoo from different brands! The area is beautiful and I want to highlight the Kashiwanoha park that is only 15 minutes away by foot, which offers Cherry Blossoms, a nice lake with little boats & just a nice walk. I also had to some finish work, which is could do comfortably in the hotel room or close by coffee shops; There are 2 Tully's Coffee two minutes away from the hotel, in which you can easily finish some work and enjoy a matcha latte or coffee. All in all it is an amazing hotel with a nice and quiet neighbourhood that offers a nice nature with parks, but still offers city life with the LalaPort around the corner & the great connection to Tokyo center! ありがとうございました!
This was my fourth time staying here, and it continues to impress. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the shopping center and the Tsukuba express train station. Always a reliable and convenient choice.
There are so many places to stay near Tokyo, but this will always be our choice! Comfy beds and pillows, big towels, delicious breakfast buffet (if you choose to add it to your stay), and the kindness and most helpful staff we've met. The gorgeous green, living walls are a bonus; I loved seeing them from the short walk from the subway and knowing I was almost "home".
