Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi Tokyo Station

Really enjoyed my stay here! Check-in and check-out were super smooth. I was expecting the rooms to be tiny (like NYC-sized), but they were actually bigger than I thought—which was a nice surprise. We didn’t do breakfast at the hotel and instead grabbed food from the many cafes and convenience stores nearby every morning. The area itself was pretty quiet, which was perfect after spending time in busier parts of the city. The location is also super convenient—really close to the Ginza Line and Tokyo Station, so getting around was super easy. Would totally recommend this place to all kinds of travelers!

Great location, very well maintained & quality 4 star hotel! Very impressive rooms, well maintained, fair sized rooms (normally a big issue with many hotels in this category) and very good linen, good sized bathrooms with great amenities (again, a big issue with many hotels within this category). Enough restaurant options including Indian (just in case someone still wants to have Indian even after flying all the way to Japan🤪) just about 3 minutes walk to the left and into the basement of the nearby station. Some of the best Ramen that we have tasted. There is a Lawson convenience store there too. Close to Tokyo station, the elite Ginza and Nihonbashi. So, overall a very good hotel for making it as your base for a Tokyo holiday! Personnel, as most Japanese hotel staff, very polite & courteous AND good in English too. Well done management.

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The staff at the reception is generally polite and helpful but it was obvious that they are extra friendly and helpful to non-Asian tourist. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, location of the hotel was great! Many food and shopping options (underground shopping) within 500m away.
