Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi Tokyo

The hotel is clean and the staff were helpful and respectful. We opted to only get our room cleaned once during our stay, but they still leave you fresh towels, teas/coffees, and waters each day instead. There are complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. We did not get the chance to try out the hotel breakfast though. I found that the room was just a little too hot because of the humidity and the AC only goes to minimum 20 degrees Celsius. That was my only concern for the hotel. The location is good and short walk away from some train stations. It is conveniently close to Tokyo station as well. There’s a 7-11 and family mart just down the road from the hotel. The hotel was overall pricey but we decided to go with it as it was still within our budget. However, I felt that it was nothing too special or out of the ordinary. Photos are from the hotel lobby.

Extremely centrally located, clean, with excellent service, we would recommend this hotel for anybody staying in Tokyo. The rooms were totally fine albeit a bit small, but that’s Tokyo for you! Service was excellent- loved that even on days where we didn’t ask for room cleaning, they still provided fresh towels. Love that they also provide snacks for guests until the evening. Incredible proximity to many metro stations makes it a tough place to beat!

Out of 4 hotels we stayed in Japan that were all 4 stars or higher, this was the best one. The rooms are massive. Those complaining have not seen what hotel room sizes are in this country. Everyone was immediately welcoming, accommodating, and approachable. All our questions were immediately answered and we were surprised with early check in, and the ability to check out as late as possible with an additional fee. The lounge is a great place to sit for a bit with drinks and snacks provided by the hotel. The hotel is also trying to be eco friendly and its efforts prove to be working. Those who look for value will complain about not getting everything that they think should automatically be included. This place balances value with luxury in room size, location, and amazing staff. Thank you so much for a very relaxing and memorable stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others and the hotel chain as well after our fantastic experience.
