Good sized rooms for a family with children. Shuttle bus to Disney is a big plus! Layout for room is well thought of. All is good except for the toilet where there was a stench and toilet seat was stained. Despite cleaning the WC and floor, the smell could not be removed and we had to put up with it for days. Other than that, we had a good stay.
This hotel is exactly as described. It is a great kid friendly option close to Disney. The bathrooms have stools for kids to reach the sink and a special seat for the toilet. The free bus to Disney is perfect and drop off very close to the entrance. There is a surprisingly affordable convenience store in the lobby that has EVERYTHING. This is not the newest hotel. There is signs of wear, but everything is clean and thoughtful, including the amenities bar that has q tips and toothbrushes. I would and will stay here again!!!
This hotel is located in a great spot surrounded by shopping, food, and parks. It also has direct shuttles to Haneda airport and Disneyland. The rooms have beds for each person, it is very spacious, and comes with many little bonuses such as a deck as well as a foot massager. All the hotel workers are very welcoming and helpful, and the hotel also provides baggage drop off. Overall, I am very satisfied.
