Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo

The hotel location is great very convenient and close to JR sapporo station. the room and environment is nice. Staff is nice. Especially，Mr Tsubota. His can speak english fluently so that he helps us a lot and very patient to us. Please reward him for his great and warming service. ❤️ btw，the pantry is a good place for having tea and take a well rest after one day trip..

Overall worth the money with spacious room and good location. The TV is compatible with YouTube and Android cast function. The 120 mins wash and dry function in laundry does not dry the clothes entirely though. The bath unit is a bit dated and relatively small.

I frequently travel to Japan and always choose Mitsui but this time a bit disappointed! In comparison with Mitsui in Yokohama, this one in sapporo is small ( even I paid 3,000 to upgrade my room to the better one :18 square meters) but it is still small and old! There is no REFA hairdryer ( very disappointed) the room mat is dirty, the restroom flush is not good and strongly flush enough! They also provided skin care lotion but you need to come to reception counter to ask for that! The location is close to sapporo station( go straight to sapporo and stella department)! I like the laundry and dry cleaner in this hotel ( please prepare 100 yen and one time laundry cost you 600 yen) the reception open 24/24! The lounge offers you coffee for free and lawson next to and not far from that is shabu shabu hot pot and some nice restaurants ! I also love to walk to stella place to have starbucks and shopping there! Please take the JR train to sapporo new chitose airport(1230 yen-cheap and fast) but take the bus to grand hotel from new chitose to this hotel( with luggage) easy to carry! Next time maybe I do not book this hotel and book the grand hotel instead! It better
