Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama MM Premier

Our room was lovely even though it wasn’t facing the harbour, we enjoyed looking out to the skyline and mountains every day. The hotel is not the closest to metro stations but it is in a neighborhood safe enough to walk around at night. It was very relaxing sitting in the outdoor lounge area. The breakfast buffet was very busy so it was a hit and miss whether you get good seats but the variety of food was not too bad. I would also like to thank Mr Alexander who was of great help with our suitcase issue. He went above and beyond to find the best and quickest solution for us and followed up on it daily. We would not have resolved the issue without his expertise, commitment to guest satisfaction and excellent English skills.

This was the nicest hotel I stayed in during my short visit to Japan. The quality of the room was fantastic and there was plenty of space along with an actual standalone shower! Friendly staff, nice amenities (though it would be nice if you were allowed to use the pool with tattoos) probably the only downside is the expensive drinks at the lobby bar. Location was really good as well. Right between a large shopping mall and the landmark tower, and a 15min walk from the bar district nearby. $90AUD to catch a taxi to Haneda airport made things easy as well. Highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful place! The hotel is located close to the Minatomirai Station and close to the port. Staff members were all incredibly nice, helpful and provided the best service possible. The room was with a stunning view high above Yokohama which made every look out of the window very special. The Sky Pool is perfect for relaxing, combined with the perfect view. We had a wonderful stay and we will for sure be back one day! Thank you for everything
