Miyako Hotel Hakata

The beds and pillows are super comfortable. I stayed in the deluxe room and it was plenty big, although it was just me. Loved the tea setup, the amenities and toiletries, the big tv with streaming services and the cleanliness of the room; the staff does a wonderful job cleaning the rooms. The staff is also super friendly, hard working and competent. They brought my luggage to my room, which set the tone for a nice stay. I have to say, though, the windows are not soundproof. In the mornings and afternoon, a loud megaphone from somewhere outside, would have these annoying, LOUD preachings. I don’t know what he was saying, but they kept waking me up. This hotel really needs soundproof windows. The staff did offer me the opportunity to change rooms, but I declined. Still 5 stars, though. The spa/onsen is excellent. Loved the location and plenty of restaurants to walk to or order in from. I recommend.

Travelled with my family in a big group. The location was good and just across Hakata station. The rooms were spacious, new, and clean. I liked how the rooms all came with smart TVs and how they provided me with new bottles of water everyday. Staff were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. Housekeeping service was top-notch. Will definitely stay here again during my next visit. 5/5 stars from me.

Nice clean hotel. Good location next to Hakata station so easy transportation and huge shopping and food selections right across street. Hotel room is good size and very nice. Some con not enough storage space in room like not enough empty or good size drawers. Only one restaurant at that time. Only one at lobby. But will go back next time in Fukuoka!
