The beach is probably the best hidden spot on the property. Simply amazing. I enjoyed the use of the cart to get around. Great service and amenities. Highly recommended.

Great view, rooms with private pools are the best. The beach is in 5 minutes walking distance passing the Kissho restaurant. The food was delicious and rooms were clean. TV are smart TVs equipped with Netflix and YouTube.

Rooms: As far as the room looks, it's incredible. However, the invasive African Mai Mai (poisonous snails) all over the road and back porch weren't fun. Even less fun were the earwigs (and other bugs) inside of the room. Service: We had our wedding there. It wasn't cheap, but we had very good wedding staff (coordinator, hair/make, MC, and kimono lady). However, the regular hotel staff were lacking. During reception, the explanation was much longer than it needed to be. Then the wait to have someone bring you down was another 20 minutes to just get dropped off at your door less than 1 minute away. They could have just explained the golf kart, and I could have taken myself. Now, the next is just a small gripe as someone who has worked in customer service almost my entire life, but considering there were very few guests and we were getting married at their hotel, I'd have upgraded the room. Location: Kurimajima. You have 1 route there, which with all the people not used to driving in Japan around becomes tedious. And while it is a beautiful location, it's in Miyako... everywhere is a beautiful location. And this might just be a bitter point, but stop the gentrification of Miyako.
