Had a great stay and experience here. Rooms and ambience is elegant and asthetic. Complementary breakfast was awesome too. Overall great service

Very poor service 1. Room service doesn't pick up the call in one go...u need to call multiple times. At 11 pm called 5 times but no one picked up.. 2. Dinner was included in my plan but they clearly refused to provide any alternative food item instead of the thali even it was of a lesser price.
