Reception - The front desk is poorly manned, the general standard is that the staff are pleasant but poorly trained and no sense of urgency or customer focus. Room - This is generally okay, there should be a cooler/fridge type mini bar, not just beer cans in one of the cupboards, this is tacky. Also, the beds move very easily, they should have something to stop them moving so easily. such as rubber on the base of the bed legs. Room Service - this was good and no complaints. Brewery - Good, the service was good and the atmosphere very pleasant, the standard of drink is good, although the wine range could be better. The food was good but would be nice to have the menu in English as well. The showing of Sky TV is a bonus and set up well. Vending Machine - poorly stocked. No option to buy still water or better snacks. Conclusion - The Hotel could make significant improvements through some minor adjustments, please see below. 1. Better training and standards for all reception and front of house staff, including standarding to a uniform. 2. Front desk should always be manned or at out of hours, someone should be in the office behind the front desk. 3. The bed in the room needs to be adjusted to stop it moving around so easily. 4. Add mini bar (cooler/fridge) to the rooms 5. Add english version to the food menu, I would have eaten more if this was available. Conclusion Summary - The Hotel is actually quite good in many ways, but feels like a Motel/Hostel because of the points I have raised. It is this overall experience that has lead me to explore finding alternatives in the long run, in places such as Wuppertal where the Hotels seems to be more like Hotels than hostels.

SH*T RESIDUE ON A CLEAN NEW TOWEL!! My experience couldn't get worse!! The first day, after taking a shower, I unfolded a supposedly clean folded towel to see "and smell" a sh*t stain! I was totally shocked! but for a hotel stating a slogan NO CLEAN = GREEN I should have expect the worst, and I'm not sure if they understand it anyhow! The worst thing above all else, after claiming about that issue, no one from the hotel management contacted me! No explanation! No apology! No customer care! Zero contact! Nothing! It was a very dirty experience overall!

The hotel looks very dirty from outside. The rooms are well furnished but toilet-bathroom smells. Also you will terrible smell when you jump out from the lift to the hall. The guests are mostly street workers or workers in general with dirty dresses. Almost full hotel of them. The breakfest is very poor at all. Very simple just bread, butter, jam and few slices of ham. The scrambled eggs you need to cut. I would rate it as hostel for workers not as 4 star hotel honestly.
