Great hotel. Nice breakfast. Great Brewery and restaurant next door. Good prices. The gym is weird but interesting and useful. Rooms are super clean and well kept. Nice lighting.
There was no receptionist when we arrived and we waited for nearly 20 minutes. A staff member said she would call the colleague. Normally, there should be a person at the reception area to attend the incoming guests. This is the first hotel i experienced that no receptionist available. AC was not working in our room. Breakfast was not worth it, 20Euro with very limited choices.
I allready booked 9 May - 11 May 2025 with a request to drop off my luggages at 9 am, but the receptionist didn't allow it. I'm very dissapointed with the service is so poor this hotel. And the receptionist asked me to pay 15 Euros if i want to put my luggages. I have to early check in and pay more. I Often travel abroad but this has never happened before, very dissapointed with the service.
