Service, atmosphere, rooms and everything is Very very good and. Mostly their service is Wonderful. But I went on 3rd March 2025, some bikes parking out side of Convention (Entrance Of Warangal New Busstand). It's mean.... I am not saying that, there is no parking in the convention. There is parking in convention and the workers disciplined parking In the Convention area. But outside is small issue.

A new place in warangal and the hotel, convention halls are too decent. They should focus on parking area and try to dump the waste in small drums or containers which will lead to a cleanly surrounding. I would recommend this place for any kind of events to take part.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I recently visited and it was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the service was atrocious. The staff seemed completely disinterested, took forever to acknowledge us, and when they finally did, they were rude and dismissive. The food was even worse than the service. The dishes arrived cold, poorly cooked, and completely unappetizing. The ingredients tasted stale, and it was clear that nothing was fresh. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were laughably small for the ridiculously high prices. When I tried to bring up these issues with the manager, things only got worse. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the manager was rude, defensive, and completely unwilling to listen. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they acted as if I was the problem. This place is a disaster from top to bottom—horrible food, terrible service, and a manager who clearly doesn’t care about customers. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its guests. Would give zero stars if I could!
