MLL Mediterranean Bay Hotel Adults Only

Yes the lack of privacy with a sliding door from toilet to bedroom is a tad annoying but not a deal breaker. Yes the beds are on wheels but when you see why you can appreciate how this helps housekeeping navigate bed changes etc it make sense! The beds don't move around and are stable nonetheless. Yes the fridge wasn't super cold but still managed to semi chill drinks! The rooftop pool was great also a nice place to appreciate the sunset with a drink from the bar. The main pool, perfect depth and temperature. There seemed to be some sort of entertainment every night at the hotel, the drinks at the hotel were reasonably priced and tasty the servers would bring drinks to your loungers, what more can you ask for? Yes there was a strange smell in room initially but this was probably due to the heat and after leaving the sliding door open a fair while seemed to sort this. I didn't experience much internal noise, slept really well actually and I am a light sleeper. The hotel is situated up a slight hill, but there are railings on one side to hold on to if needs be. All in all I enjoyed and it exceeded my expectations for the price. Thank you to all the staff at MLL Mediterranean Bay.

Just got back from a week's holiday at this hotel. The place is close to the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. Really good service, food good variety and fresh, staff brilliant all working hard especially in the really hot and humid weather. Yes rooms are small, but I was a single traveller so no problem for me. Only negative hence only 4 stars be warned no drinks either water or hot drinks in the rooms. My advice keep an empty bottle and fill up when the restaurant is open as no water available. There are shops outside but if arriving late there is none available unless you pay for a hot drink. Really enjoyed my week here. The other thing not a lot of entertainment on an evening.

I checked out early because staying any longer was simply impossible. The room did not match the description at all: there was no desk or chair as promised, no minibar or even a bottle of water, and the fridge was frozen and non-functional. The safe required an extra fee, which was not mentioned in the listing. The bathroom was in poor condition — visible mold, rusty fixtures, and a broken toilet flush. Only a tiny bar of soap was provided, although “free toiletries” were listed. The hygiene was unacceptable — even at breakfast, some plates were dirty. The worst part was the constant noise and complete lack of order: at 11 PM, guests were playing loud music on a speaker near the entrance while hotel staff stood by and did nothing. There was shouting, banging, and someone even knocked aggressively on my door during the night. Around 5 AM, maybe cleaning staff started making noise in the hallways. It was impossible to rest or feel safe. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
