I had a great stay here! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and came with a lovely bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The view of Bangkok from the window was stunning, especially at night. The location is super convenient — just a short walk to the BTS and close to popular shopping areas. The host/staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again🥰
A lovely hotel, with large, comfortable and very clean rooms, great views, friendly, helpful staff, and in an excellent location, right next to Surasak BTS station and a 10/15 min walk to the Sathorn Pier from where you can get easy access to the popular Wat Pho, Arun and Grand Palace. We stayed 4 nights (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The breakfast buffet was vast, with loads of choice - all excellent. I've knocked a star off as throughout our full stay one of the lifts wasn't working and to have only 2 lifts servicing a busy, 37 floor, city centre hotel meant that, during busy times (breakfast and evening), we often had long waits for the lift, which was frustrating. But other than that, we had an excellent and thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Rating: 7/10 The room was comfortable and offered a decent stay overall. However, a few key amenities left much to be desired. The gym’s AC wasn’t working, making it uncomfortable to use, and the swimming pool was out of order due to non-functional filtration — quite disappointing. Additionally, the shower pressure in the room was weak and not up to the mark. These issues took away from what could have been a much better experience.
