Modena by Fraser Bangkok Hotel Residences

I would definitely recommend this hotel - everything is new and very clean. I want to say a special big thank you to the staff at the lobby! They really helped me check in early, although my persistence could get on their nerves. I had a great impression of the hotel thanks to its staff. The location is great. They also have a great big breakfast, my boyfriend liked the pancakes there :)

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for your kind assistance earlier today (12 July 2025). My mother and I were caught in heavy rain at the nearby MRT station exit (only 100 m away but the rain was very heavy), and I called the front desk to ask for help. I was so touched by how promptly and kindly you responded. To the lovely front desk lady who picked up my call – thank you for being so understanding and quick to help. And to the guard who braved the rain to bring us 2 umbrellas – we are so grateful. It really meant a lot to us, and we won’t forget this act of kindness. Please help me pass on our thanks to the team. You really brightened up a rainy day!

Staying again after many years and really enjoyed the stay. Very clean and well maintained spacious rooms. Stayed in a Studio with a huge bathtub and double vanity. Location is superb too with the MRT right at the doorstep! Staff Surat is excellent and a great asset to the property!
