Everything about this place is amazing. The staff have such an amazing smile and good personality. They are very helpful. The environment of the building was amazing. They also have a night market close by and my room was so clean and have a very warm welcoming.Love it !!!! Thank you I have such a good time .

Decent stay just half a minute walk to Chang Stadium. The hotel is quite new and very tidy. Their stuffs are very active and friendly. Buffet breakfast lineup may not have many options but all we tasted were delicious. The hotel also has proper swimming pool and gym next to it. Two very little tiny things that bother us are; - TV in the room isn’t smart TV, we had to plug our device with hdmi cable to display online content to the screen. - Glass shield at the shower is quite short. The floor may get wet due to the shower a bit. Apart from that, we have nothing to complain about and will definitely be back to stay here whenever we revisit the city. Hotel team did very good job for providing decent stay experience for us, thank you. :)

1. An unpleasant stay - booked a package which included "2 complimentary Songkran souvenir kits per stay". Despite enquiring about it at the front desk twice, the hotel failed to acknowledge this or provide the kits as per the booking package. 2. Breakfast service was lackluster - utensil not replenished, dirty cutlery left on tables. Limited offering with just processed sausage and ham, some stale pastries and salad bar. 3. Shower area glass panel - perhaps to save cost, the glass panel was just 1/3 wide which results in constant "flooding" during shower. 4. Gym - no towel is provided in the fitness gym. You need to walk to the front desk personally to request for one, and return it to the front desk. Not sure why they can't just provide towels in the gym. Such a hassle. 5. Nothing much around the area, just opposite Buriram Stadium. Hotel is approximately 35mins drive from the airport.
