Modern Magic Village Resort Townhouse 7620

I had a fantastic stay at Magic Village Yards just outside of Disney World. The location could not have been more convenient—within 10 minutes, we were pulling into the Disney parks each morning, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The three-story condo was beautiful—modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It was super clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the full kitchen, washer and dryer, and the peaceful, private atmosphere after busy days at the parks. I would absolutely recommend Magic Village Yards to anyone planning a trip to Disney. It’s the perfect place to stay!

We rented the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-level unit. The apartment is in a convenient location, quiet, and was clean upon arrival. However, no body wash or toilet paper were provided, which was unexpected. There was no coffee maker available either. This unit may be more suitable for a family with children rather than couples, as the two guest rooms are located next to each other and offer little sound insulation—guests could hear each other snoring. The utilities were oddly designed and installed. The hot water system is quite loud in the morning when it starts up, and the AC unit, located behind one of the bathrooms, causes noticeable vibrations when running. Several light bulbs throughout the unit were out and need to be replaced. As for the amenities, the pool is large but had a visible collection of dead leaves at the bottom. Many of the lounge chairs were broken, and there was only one umbrella available. The gym is very small and would feel crowded with more than six people. We also had a difficult time reaching customer service for inquiries before booking. When we finally connected with someone, the representative was not fluent in English, which made communication challenging. It is, however, a gated community and feels secure.

The rooms are absolutely amazing! Was beyond pleased with the rooms....however...the HUGE downfall is that they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING!! ITS AWEFUL. you end up paying twice the amount of the initial booking. Also, when we checked in, our master bathroom was dirty (floors were gross and towels were not replenished) but yet they charge you an EXTRA $250 for a cleaning fee at checkout! Whaaaaat???? Unbelievable! I am not going to be charged a cleaning fee if they can't even clean the bathroom for us at check in! And why in the world isn't the cleaning fee part of the booking fee?? I will definitly NOT Be going back.
