Incredibly beautiful resort!! The staff were so welcoming and professional. The rooms were lovely; we enjoyed having a large terrace balcony and the bathroom was really nice! Buffet dinner and breakfast were 10/10! The gentleman in charge at reception was incredibly kind and helpful esp assisting with our private transfer for the next day!
Amazing hotel that is kids friendly. Beautiful scenic views.. we took one of the apartments and it was so convenient that it had its own parking spot. The apartment is spacious for a family with a full functional kitchen making it easy to prep meals for the little ones. Walking around the property is relaxing. Only thing is the pool water is too cold but I think it works for hotter months. We spent our vacation in June.
Just stopped by Borcello for tea and smoothies for the kids, and had the best experience! Yulia was absolutely amazing — she spoke Russian to us, which was such a big help since no one else spoke English or Russian. She was so friendly, helpful, and talkative, and even my five-year-old daughter adored her. This restaurant is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee! We will definitely be back.
