Very modern hotel, chic design, beautiful modern and spacious rooms with large smart TVs and free 5G wifi. The best is the fantastic service and the hotel is pet friendly:). Breakfast buffet was excellent and so far the best we had in sicily. The hotel is outside the city centre but conveniently located. We could park for free in their underground garage which was a big plus as out car was full with luggage . Overall i can highly recommend this hotel to anyone. ! A big thanks to the hotel manager that offererd us a free upgrade and late check-out. We will definitely come back :) My second stay 28.12.2024 Room was a bit to warm and AC didn’t work as well ad the TV. Received an upgrade and had a good night sleep. Again, i can highly recommend this hotel .
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. While our room itself was satisfactory, the overall service left a lot to be desired. In particular, the attitude of one of the breakfast staff members was disappointing — an Italian waitress repeatedly made unnecessary and arrogant remarks toward us. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, that was not our experience.
