This hotel claims to be 5 stars, but in reality, it doesn’t live up to that standard. Reception: At check-in, the receptionist was polite, but not particularly welcoming. I had booked a family room, but we were given two single beds for four people. The room key card was the worst I have ever experienced. It stops working if it’s near a car, mobile phone, or any other electronic device. Because of this, I had to go to the reception 2 to 4 times every day to reactivate the card. Sometimes I had to wait in line just to speak with someone. Room: Room service only provided 2 large and 2 small towels, even though I told them twice that we are 4 people. I was told, “yes, we will fix it,” but nothing was done. The room itself feels more like a 3-star room—old furniture, and ants everywhere, even on the floor and in the bed. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The air conditioning was extremely weak. I reported it to reception, and they said someone would fix it, but no one came and I never heard back. We had to sleep in sweat while the kids cried because the room was too hot. Pool: The pool was clean and decent. However, the person in charge of handing out towels often ran out, so you had to wait and try again later. Some of the younger staff working by the pool were also rude. Other than that, the pool and sunbeds were the highlight of the hotel. Restaurant: The breakfast buffet was small and lacked variety. During our 8-night stay, it was exactly the same every single day.

And the wait was worse i hade to ask for my own room that I Booked And really show them a bad température so I can have what i did ask And pay for. Room: Room service only provided 2 large and 2 small towels, and the never put new one when they remove the old one i hade to ask for a new one. I was told, “yes, we will fix it,” but nothing was done. And when they were able to provide the towel the person was too rude. Note side: i deffinitly dont recommend this hotel if you are looking for a enjoyable time without any problème, almost all stuff working in this hotel need to have a talk about the quality of how they are supposed to work and talk to a client.

How can this thing claim to be a five star hotel, this is not worth a three star, (bribe accomplish miracles here), the rooms with street view are very noisy due to space between windows, furniture is very old, bathroom without soap, the rugs in the halls are very dirty. Thr swimming pool is hot and dirty, the plugs are broken, not one free desktop station to use, it's the worst place I've ever been to, my advice: escape as far and fast as you can .
