The Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, specially Youssef and Boutaina , they made me and my American friends feel very welcome. The front desk staff also were very accommodating when I wanted to change the room. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well- equipped. The location was perfect. I definitely recommend this Hotel.

I had a lovely time here with my family. The rooms were large, every facility was functional and the staff were warm and friendly. I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast service and nice pools for the hot weather. Boutaina was an amazing host to us as the Guest relations person. She was so helpful.
