Sudu is a wonderful host, he helped us with everything we need. His wife prepared a great dinner for us, everybody should definitely try it. Cottage has a great location, it is very calm, not overcrowded beach, literally you have your own private beach and few minutes by walk you have a famous swing rope, frog rock or turtle beach, where you can safely swim and enjoy time with big turtles. Sudu’s family was also very kind and we feel really great. Thank you.

A relaxing beautiful place with front view of a nice beach and close to a uncrowned surf spot. The family that runs the place make you feel at home and if they offer to cook a dinner for you, say yes! We started our vacation here and had to finish it at the same place to leave Sri Lanka with the perfect feeling.

Amazing does not begin to describe it. If you want to experience the real Sri Lanka this is the place for you. The family is beyond helpful and friendly, the breakfast and the dinner cooked by the mom is some of the most delicious (and best priced) you'll get in the area. The cabana is on the beach and just a very short ride from the touristy unawatuna beach, opt maybe for the beach at wijaya, where Sudu works (a five minute walk away) to swim with sea turtles and enjoy the amazing, chilled out restaraunt there. Otherwise just enjoy the sound of the ocean and the view of palms, sea turtles, and stilt fishermen from the cabana. This place is paradise! Cannot say enough good things about Sudu's place and his family.
