It was only one night and it was a great experience. Our suite was so big with a terrace that it was great 👍. Our check-in was very awesome 👌 right through the whole staying included check out. Nice pool, sauna. The suite has a separate house, and they have their own sauna inside and the breakfast room as well. The pool is in the main hotel house.
We spent a dreamless night at this pleasant hotel close to the beaches in Cuxhaven. You are exceedingly well taken care of, rooms are fine and so are the bathrooms, beds and the breakfast. There is even a decently long shoehorn, invaluable for an old man preparing for crossing the North Sea. Service is outstanding. Recommended!
They only allow check-in from 3-6pm, after which they will not answer the door nor either after hours bell's. Depot having a reservation I was left standing outside in the rain at night waiting for someone to answer. I finally (after driving to five other hotels and calling several more) was able to find another hotel with vacancy. When I talked to the front desk the next day, they were unapologetic stating that they closed at 6pm. I asked why they didn't inform customers about this policy ave they simply said they don't have any contact info. I booked through my company and through experience I know that both my emails and phone numbers are provided.
