I arrived late at 10 pm after a long trip from Frankfurt. There are no open shops nearby. The receptionist took seven euros from me as a tax for one night. The room is clean and tidy. It has all t9he amenities. The TV is a smart screen with internet. The receptionist did not even add me. There is detox water in the reception. When he went to sleep, he took it and did not leave

We booked the hotel for a week. It was a very wonderful experience. The staff were friendly. The service was very good. The location is excellent. It is worth trying.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Milan, and while the staff were friendly and welcoming, unfortunately, several other aspects of my stay were disappointing. I have never slept as badly as during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the noise level was a serious issue. The hotel's location near a busy metro line and a main street meant constant street noise throughout the day and night. This is not restricted to the audible frequency range. I could feel the rumble of low frequency noise of the Metro — even in the 2nd floor. To make matters worse, the walls were incredibly thin — I was often woken up by the sound of my neighbor snoring in the next room, which added to the overall disturbance. If you're a light sleeper or value quiet, this may not be the best option for you. Additionally, the breakfast offered was underwhelming. While the selection was okay, the quality didn’t match the expectations for a hotel in this price range. My colleagues stayed in various hotels nearby which allows for a relative comparison. While some reported similar issues which seem to systematic in this area of the city (like isolation of walls or general quality of construction of buildings), other issues such as the amount of noise were specifically pronounced in this hotel. Considering all of the above, paying a price tag of up to 310€ per night feels completely unjustified.
