We stayed here twice last December 2024 and May 2025. They are accommodating and + bonus PET Friendly Hotel. I could get to spend time with my pets in a luxurious place. Food is great compare with coffee projects, foresta, and crosswinds. I love their dinuguan. I will definitely go back multiple times to stay here. PS: the drinks (soda) on the fridge are complementary. Wonderful experience Thank you for your great service!

We were there December 2024, one of the elevator cars had malfunctioned and suddenly dropped a few inches. This happened not once but twice and when the doors finally opened, obviously there was a big gap between the elevator and the floor. We informed a staff about it and their reaction seemed like they know about it but didn’t care and were too busy to be bothered. For me it’s a serious safety concern that could potentially lead to injuries or trips upon exiting.

The whole place is almost new. A bit creepy since we are the only people on the floor where our room was located. I didn’t like the pool, the water is cold and it is full of “lumot” making it too slippery and dangerous. I’m also not sure if having moss is safe, especially if you ingested the water. They also have a basement parking but the entrance/exit is too narrow; my car was almost nicked while exiting the parking. The food is delicious and the serving is big, however, it’s too expensive. If you want to try the hotel then you may do so, but for me, I will not be coming back soon.
