It has a beautiful garden, good pool and overall the scenery is nice. Rooms look very nice and each has a separate bathroom. Communication with the owners is difficult (they are hardly ever at the premises and only speak Italian). There are several downsides: - wifi is bad - AC is problematic, due to construction issue: it is behind the curtains which causes it to shift on and off all the time, a nightmare if you want to sleep - it is very expensive and price/value is very high. Overall: look further, you can get better value for money.

Communication/Check-in: Despite arriving during official check-in hours, no one was present. Instead, we received a video with instructions on how to reach our room, and the key was already placed in the door. Communication is handled via an unofficial WhatsApp number, not through Booking.com. Room: The room had a strong, unpleasant chemical odor (possibly from paint, solvent, or cleaning products). When we contacted the owner, Stefania, her response was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. She insisted there was no odor, despite refusing to inspect the property herself. Ultimately, we decided to leave and book a hotel elsewhere.

Worst experience ever - When we entered the room there was a horrible smell,like paint/ very chemical. We tried to contact the owner Stefania, she was extremely unpolite & didn‘t answer her phone anymore. In the end we left the hotel and tried to get our money back but although Stefania was not in the room she claimed that there was no smell?!?? I would never ever book this hotel anymore!!
