One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The service was amazing from the start, with the staff being super attentive as soon as you walk into the door. They were very friendly and helpful with my luggage. They also made sure to walk me through all the available amenities. The overall stay was fantastic as well, and the lap pools were a highlight.

A great spot away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. We really appreciated having a great pool to jump in each day after all the sightseeing. The rooms were spacious (for Paris), modern and tidy. The rooftop restaurant and bar was also fantastic - great food, awesome views and friendly service. Well connected with several metro stations within a 10 minute walk. I would give 5 stars but downgraded to 4 based on policy of guests not being able to use facilities after checkout. We had a late flight out of Paris and wanted to have another swim before we left. It’s an odd policy not being able to use facilities past check out in the day of departure and I’ve never had push back like this anywhere else in the world.

The Molitor hotel is a historical location. Great spa and pools. Fabulous building and very quiet, clean and spacious rooms. However, the overall experience falls short of 5-star standards, especially for travelers on a tight schedule. Despite notifying the hotel in advance, my room was still not ready at 4pm, (got it at 4.30pm being fully jet lagged) - well past normal check-in time. Housekeeping hadn’t been completed by 5:30pm after my first night, making it difficult to shower and change between a full day of meetings and an evening dinner. Service by the pool was particularly slow – I waited 45 minutes for an apple juice, and ordering a simple snack and drink felt like a bother to the staff. Getting somebody at the reception desk is a mission… The ladies at the Concierge desk were helpful on a dress situation to fix which was nice! The only restaurant open was the rooftop, where advance booking was necessary almost mandatory – not ideal for guests hoping for more flexible dining options. If you’re here to unwind and take things slow, you may enjoy the stay. But if you’re on business or a tight schedule, it may not be the most practical choice. This was not my first stay. I came for my birthday upon opening in 2014 as a huge fan of the history of the place. I’d return for the iconic setting and relaxed vibe – but with really zero/no expectations regarding service speed and availability. As a frequent traveler with All Accor Platinum status, I’ve experienced a wide range of hotels, and I always try to provide balanced feedback. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful setting and some friendly staff, the service here didn’t meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel.
